Readings: Malachi 3:1-4; Philippians 1:3-11; Luke 3:1-6

The Bethlehem Candle shines as a beacon of preparation and hope. As John the Baptist declares, “Prepare the way of the Lord!” we are invited to make ready our hearts through confession, forgiveness, and repentance.

In this service, we celebrate “Presenting of the Greens,” a beautiful tradition that adorns our worship space with symbols of everlasting life, reminding us of God’s promise to renew and restore creation.

Heaven and nature sing as we embrace the call to prepare—knowing God’s grace removes every barrier, “far as the curse is found!”
